CommScope announced the launch of its Coexistence portfolio, designed for global service providers upgrading their existing PON (passive optical networks) to increase data speeds and deliver additional services without having to replace or add fiber to their existing PON infrastructure.

Passive Optical Devices (POD) increase capacity on existing PON networks, reduce costs, deploy faster, accelerate return on investment and co-exist services on a single fiber.
