Features and Benefits

The FDC-AT is a gel sealed fiber optic splicing and patching closure designed for the FTTx aerial network. It can house up to two 1x8 PLC splitters, 8 SC adapters, 24 fusion splices (or 12mechanical splices) and distribute up to 8 drop cables.The closure is suitable for deployment in aerial and pole applications. Sealing is achieved via built-in gel technology, resulting in extremely convenient re-entry and re-sealing.

Port capacities of the FDC-AT closures:

Splicing capacity: 24 fusion splices or 12 mechanical splices
Patching capacity: 8 SC adapters
Splitter capacity: 2 PLC splitters (1x2 or 1x4 or 1x8)
